Number of Servings: 6


    1 cup plain yogurt, can use greek style for denser sauce
    6 minced cloves garlic
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tsp chopped fresh mint leaves (opt)
    1/2 cucumber with peel, seeded, chopped and squeezed dry (opt)


Seed and chop (optional) cucumber and either squeeze dry or set on several layers of paper towel to absorb excess moisture. Chop (optional) mint leaves. Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to use. Very easy and tasty! You can skip the squeezing the cuke part, but it will make the sauce watery. This is good any way you want to flavor it, and very garlicy, but we love garlic.
