    1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. ground turkey
    6 oz. whole wheat spiral pasta
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 Tbsp. sweet paprika
    1/2 Tbsp. hot paprika
    2 cups cubed butternut squash
    2 scallions chopped


chop the scallions and add to a pot with 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat. Saute until tender. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned. While this is cooking heat a pot of water. When it boils add a pinch of salt and the pasta. Cook about 5 minutes or until al dente. Drain the water from the noodles. Once the meat is cooked add the butternut squash and spices. Cook covered for 10-12 minutes. Remove from heat. Add the sour cream (make sure meat isn't too hot or it will curdle). Add noodles and serve immediately.
