Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup regular Bisquick Baking Mix
    2/3 c. Rice Milk
    1 egg (medium or large)
    Pam Olive Oil Spray, one spray

Directions

Using a large non-stick frying pan heat to med-high. Mix first three ingredients well but don't overbeat. Spray pan with Pam.

Using a tablespoon pour five small pancakes into pan. Turn when they show bubbles throughout the surface; remove from heat within a minute of turning. One serving equals five small pancakes; the full recipe will involve repeating the baking sequence three times.
