Got this from the fall 2008 Kraft Food & Family Magazine.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb 90/10 Ground Beef
    1 Box Stove Top Chicken Stuffing
    1 Cup Water
    3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Makes 6 servings, 2 meatloaves each.

HEAT oven to 375F. Mix meat, stuffing mix, water and seasoning until well blended. Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 30 min. or until meatloaves are done (160F). Top with 3/4 cup cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Let stand 10 min.
