Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pkg fresh spinch
    1 med onion
    8 oz fresh mushrooms
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Squeeze of lemon juice.

Directions

Drizzle olive oil into pan and saute onions until soft. Remove onions to seperate dish and add mushrooms to pan. Saute mushrooms until cooked. Return onions to pan with mushrooms and toss in sinach until just wilted. Season to taste with salt and pepper and lemon juice.
