Ingredients

    1 package (16oz) frozen potato and cheese pierogies
    2 Tbsp butter (divided)
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    1 package (14oz) turkey kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 package (16oz) coleslaw mix
    3 Tbsp Old Bay

Directions

Makes 4 servings
In a large skillet, saute pierogies in 1 Tbsp butter until browned. Set aside.
In same skillet, melt 1 Tbsp butter with 1 Tbsp oil over medium heat. Add kielbasa and onion; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; cook and stir for 10-15 minutes or until coleslaw is wilted to your liking.
Add pierogies to pan and heat through.
