inspired by my favorite dish at TGI Fridays inspired by my favorite dish at TGI Fridays
Number of Servings: 4


    Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 16 oz (4 - 4 oz pieces)
    Adobo Seasoning, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Green and Red Bell Peppers, 1 cup strips
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 1/2 cup


1. heat olive oil in skillet
2. trim and season chicken breast w/ adobo and salt & pepper to taste
3. add chicken to heated oil and brown on all sides
4. add peppers, onion & garlic
5. continue cooking until chicken thoroughly cooked and peppers and onions are browned and tender
6. top with shredded cheese and cover with lid until melted
7. enjoy!
