    refried beans, black beans, low-fat cheddar cheese, enchilada sauce, tomato


take a 9x13 pan, spread refried beans on the bottom of the pan, spread out the rinsed and drained black beans, spread out the chopped tomato, cover with enchilada sauce, cover with cheese.
Cover with tin foil and cook in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. I usually take off the foil and cook for another 10 minutes. enjoy!
