    1 lb groung beef
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans of tomato paste(sauce)
    1 can of kidney beans
    1/2 cup green peppers
    2 med stalks of celery ,chopped
    1 med onion, chopped
    hot peppers(depending on the desired hotness) 1/2 pkg or 6 small peppers
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp galic powder


cook meat and drain if needed. add tomato sauce and tomatoes along with celery and green pepper,chilies, kidney beans and spices and simmer stiriing once in awhile for about 41/2 hours then add onion (it reduces and the onion turn to mush so don't add until this point.)Continue cooking until onion is done about 1/2 hour. It can be frozen and just as good as when you made it.
