Ingredients

1 lb box of rotini pasta
2 cups – cheddar, shredded
2 cups – colby jack, shredded
Half of a large block of velveeta
Skim milk Milk – 3 cups
1 tsp Garlic salt
Butter 4TBSP
Bread crumbs, any flavor (optional but highly recommended)
Directions
Boil a pot of water for the pasta. Cook ½ time on box – usually about 7 minutes.
While the water is boiling, you may want to cube the velveeta.
Strain pasta.
Place pasta and all ingredients in the crockpot, mixing together.
Cook in the crockpot to high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
If you put on low, make sure to check periodically, as it sometimes is done sooner.
Approximately 30-45 minutes before the mac and cheese is done, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
Mac and cheese is done when breadcrumbs are crispy.
