Ingredients

    4 (6-oz) boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup Marsala Wine

Directions

Saute chicken breast in a nonstick skillet about 6 minutes on each side. remove and add mushrooms to pan, saute for about 5 minutes if you need to add liquid..add 1 tablespoon of the chicken broth. Add the rest of the broth and the Marsala cook until reduced by half about 10 to 15 minutes...return chicken to pan until heated through.
