    1 tbsp Ginger, ground
    1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Cabbage, fresh
    1 tsp Garlic
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    0.13 cup Soy Sauce
    .5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
    0.13 cup Cider Vinegar
    1 tbsp Eden Selected Toasted Sesame Oil


Shred cabbage and green onions like you would for coleslaw, set aside. Mix vinegar, oil, soy sauce and all spices. Chop up chicken breast into bite sized pieces mix all ingredients and refrigerate. It's even better the second day.
