Basically an oven pancake. Tastes best with a bit of syrup. Basically an oven pancake. Tastes best with a bit of syrup.

    1/3 c Butter
    4 Eggs
    1 c 2% Milk
    1 c Flour
    dash Salt


Put butter in pan; set into 425 degree oven while mixing batter. Put eggs in blender at high speed for 1 minute. Gradually pour in milk. Slowly add flour and salt. Continue whirling 30 seconds. Pour batter slowly in pan with melted butter. Bake until puffy and browned, 20-25 minutes.
