    12 oz Bag Egg Noodles 2 Cups Broccoli Florets
    1 - 12 oz can tuna 1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
    or 2 5 oz cans 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion (opt)
    1 Can Low sodium or 1 Cup Shredded or chopped
    Healthy Request Cheddar Cheese
    Cream Mushroom Soup

    If you like the flavor of celery and onion but can't eat them you may substitute celery seed and onion powder.
    If you can't have or don't like mushroom you may use cream of celery soup or 1/4 cup of mayo.


Bring water to boil and add pasta and broccoli florets, return to boil, turn off heat, cover and set aside.
In casserole dish mix all other ingredients.
Drain pasta and broccoli and add to casserole, mix well.
Cover with casserole cover or foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Or for microwave - cover with casserole cover or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 10 - 15 minutes.
Makes 8 - 1 cup servings
