    1 cup of salsa combined with 1 can corn and 1 can of black beans in the crockpot. Add 8 chicken tenders on top and put an additional 1/2 cup salsa over the chicken. Then sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top and let cook for 4-6 hours on high. Break apart chicken and mix in 1/2 cup sour cream


makes 12 servings (1/2 cup per serving).

    Excellent chicken dish!! My whole family loved it!! I did not use sour cream, and it tasted great!!! Had a few less calories! It goes very well with the Spicy blacn beans and corn recipe! ! Delicious! - 10/20/10

    I didn't add cheese. This is very good - especially with sour cream to help with the heat from the salsa. - 9/29/09
