    0.5 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
    3 tsp splenda brown sugar blend, divided
    1 Tbsp light butter, (lurpak lighter)


Stir together oats, splenda blend and spread in a bowl.

Sprinkle the oat mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet, stirring/shaking the sheet occasionally, until lightly browned, about 10 - 15 minutes.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.

When you fancy a nice crisp topping for some fruit or yogurt, just sprinkle some on!

Serve with a spoonful of greek yogurt on top if you like, only add the extra calories!
