    * Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    * *Bob's Red Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 1 medium (remove)
    * Butter, unsalted, .5 cup (remove)
    * Coconut, raw, .25 cup, shredded (remove)
    * Baking Soda, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Powder, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Semisweet chocolate, .25 cup mini chips (remove)


Cream sugar and butter. Add Eggs and Vanilla. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder and Zucchini. Mix until well blended. Fold in Chocolate and Coconut. Drop onto well greased cookie sheet. Cook for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
