Ingredients

    4 medium sized potatoes (about 1 lb) - Peeled
    1/2 TBS of Extra Virgin Light Olive Oil
    1 tsp of salt
    1 tsp of California Garlic Pepper Seasoning

Directions

1) Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray.
2) Add 1/2 TBS of olive oil
3) Chop up potatoe into bit size pieces and add to skillet
4) Sprinkly salt and garlic pepper onto potatoes
5) Mix it up coating the potatoes with oil, salt and pepper
5) Cook over med-high to high heat until potatoes are brown and tender (about 20 minutes)
