Introduction

This tastes really good, but is a recalculation of a previous recipe. Not sure the full can of soup (instead of 1 serving)was calculated in. I also used whole wheat rotini instead of rice. Ingredients

    16 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
    1 pkg. good seasons italiam dressing mix
    1 c. water
    1 8 oz pkg neufchatel cheese, softened
    4 T parmesan cheese
    1 can ff cream of chicken soup
    garlic powder
    parsley
    1 box ww rotini (6 servings)

Directions

Put frozen (or not) chicken breasts in crock pot with dressing mix, garlic and water. On high for 1 hour then low 4-6 hours til chicken is done. Gently remove chicken and dice. Add cheeses, soup, parsley to crockpot and stir til melted. Add chicken back in and allow to reheat. Serve over ww pasta.
