Ingredients

    1 lb Lean Hamburger
    4 Green Bell Peppers
    2.5 Cups Tomato Sauce
    1 Cup Diced Tomato
    1 Cup Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
    1/4 Cup Parmasean Cheese
    2 Large Eggs

Directions

Mix Hamburger, Cheese, Bread Crumbs, and Egg in Large Bowl. Pepper and Garlic to taste.

Cut off top of peppers and stuff hamburger mixture into each pepper.

In large pot, mix tomatos, sauce, garlic, 2 cups water, and garlic to taste.

Add stuffed peppers to pot bring to boil.

Let simmer until meat cooked through.
