    0.5 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    4 oz fat free cream cheese
    1 box FF,SF vanilla pudding mix
    1 cup skim milk
    2-4 oz lite whipped topping
    16 lady fingers
    2 table spoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    8 oz strong coffee
    splenda (I used 5 packs, u can use more)


beat cheeses and 4 packets of splenda until creamy
add milk and pudding and beat until mixed
Fold in the whipped topping
Add a splenda to the coffee
Dip the lady fingers one by one first in the coffee and then line at the bottom of a pan to cover the bottom
cover with cheese mixture and and sprinkle the top with 1 tbsp of the cocoa powder
repeat with another layer.
refrigerate for 2-8 hours
Divide in 8 and decorate with fruit. Serve with coffee!

Change the recipe according to your taste. More/less sweet or more coffee flavor. You can also add coffee flavoured liquor to your coffee mix
