Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chick breast (4 half breasts)
    2 teaspoons dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
    12 jumbo pitted black olives (sliced)
    1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degress F.
2. Place chicken on a non-stick baking sheet (or spray regular sheet with cooking spray)
3. Pour lemon juice over chicken
4. Sprinkle oregano, salt, pepper, feta cheese, olives and parsley over chicken
5. Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
