Introduction

This is a recipe that I have used many times. I lightened it up and it turned out great! This is a recipe that I have used many times. I lightened it up and it turned out great!
Number of Servings: 60

Ingredients

    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 cup Splenda Baking Blend
    1 cup Brummel & Brown
    4 Large egg whites
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    2 cups Oatmeal
    1 cup Coconut
    2 cups Rice Krispies

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375* F.
2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt; set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine Brummel & Brown, brown sugar blend, baking blen and vanilla extract; beat until creamy.
4. Beat in egg whites.
5. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well.
6 Stir in oatmeal, coconut and Rice Krispies cereal; mix well.
7. Roll into small balls and flatten with hand.
8. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 8-10 minutes or until light brown.
