    2 Large Eggs
    1 3/4 C Skim Milk
    1/2 C Unsweetened Applesauce
    1 1/2 C Unbleached Flour
    1/2 C Instant oats
    1 TBSP Brown Sugar,
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Salt


Makes 5 Servings (This is based on 2 waffle squares per serving because who really eats one small square??)

Beat eggs until fluffy, then add other ingredients. Pour onto waffle iron and cook thoroughly.

I used unbleached flour because that was all that was on hand, but I have tried whole wheat flour and it tastes just as delicious, if not better!
