Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey or beef
    1 (16 oz) jar pineapple salsa
    1 (15 oz) can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3 tbs tomato paste
    1 TBS chili powder
    20 oz chopped pineapple in their own juice
    .5 cup water

Directions

Brown meat. Stir in salsa, beans, tomato paste, water, pineapple and chili powder. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
