    Better Whey Non-fat Yogurt- acai mixed berry 6oz, 1 serving
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 pint as purchased
    Watermelon, 1 cup, balls
    Banana, fresh, .5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Fish oil- Carlson's lemon flavored cod liver oil, 1 1tsp
