    1 4 oz. Baking potato with skin(medium size)
    1 4oz. can Tuna pack in water
    1 Tablespoon chopped dill pickle
    1 Tablespoon light Mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon low fat Milk
    1 Tablespoon chopped onion


Wash potato and bake. When potato done scoop out potato carefuly not breaking the skin. Save the potato shell. Place potato that you just scoop out in bowl. Add dill pickle,mayonnaise,milk and drain tuna,onion. Mix, then place all back into potato shell. Bake at 350 until golden brown on top.
