Introduction

Ingredients

    Dressing:
    1/8 Cup Canola Oil
    1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
    1/2 Cup Splenda
    1 Tbsp. Sugar
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/4 tsp. Pepper

    Caviar:
    1 small can chopped jalapeno, drained
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 can pinto beans, drained
    1 can blackeyed peas, drained
    1 can white shoepeg corn, drained
    1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 cup celery, finely chopped
    1 cup onion, finely chopped

Directions

Combine dressing ingredients in small saucepan, boil to dissolve sugar. Let cool.
Combine caviar ingredients and pour cooled dressing over all. Let sit in refrigerator at least 6 hours shake container to stir contents occasionally . Keeps well.
