    Scallions, raw, 4 small (3" long) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 4.5 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 2.25 fl oz (remove)
    White Wine, .75 fl oz (remove)
    *Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard, 1.5 tsp (remove)


Trim green beans, chop garlic and scallions. Stem until beans are tender. Whisk remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Salt & Pepper to taste
