Introduction

A combination of spices that you can store and use to season taco-style dishes. A combination of spices that you can store and use to season taco-style dishes.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 tbsp Chili Powder
    1 tbsp Flour
    1/2 tsp Onion Powder
    1 tsp Garlic Salt (or 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder and 3/4 tsp Salt)
    1/2 tbsp Cumin
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients and store. Makes about 12 1/2 tbsp servings. The flour helps thicken dishes. You can leave out the salt completely if you want, rather eliminating the sodium component.
