Introduction

Healthy and filling. Healthy and filling.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon
    1 cup of chopped onion
    4 cups of dry Healthy Harvest Fusilli pasta
    2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 cup of fat free mayonaise
    1 cup non fat milk
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Table Blend
    Pam spray

Directions

Boil pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Spray pan with Pam and saute onion.
Heat milk, soup and mayonaise together until blended, add Mrs. Dash seasoning and mix well.
Spray casserole dish with Pam, mix all ingredients together pour in casserole dish and cover.
Bake at 350C for 30 minutes.
