Ingredients

    3 cloves garlic
    1 Can fat free, 33% lower sodium Swanson chicken broth
    3 chicken breasts, no skin
    2 cups asparagus, 1 inch long pieces
    2 cups spinach, chopped
    1 can artichoke hearts
    3 tbls light cream cheese
    0.5 cup asiago or parmesan cheese

Directions

Saute garlic in about 0.5 cup broth.
Add chicken; cook until done.
Add asparagus; cook covered for 2 minutes.
Add spinach and artichoke hearts; cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Add pasta and remainder of broth; cook until pasta is tender.
Add parmesan/asiago and cream cheese; cook on low heat until creamy.
