Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    One banana
    One cup of milk
    2 Tablespoon of smooth peanut butter
    Ice (roughly 4 cubes)

Directions

Blend milk, banana, and peanut butter until smooth.
Add ice and blend using the pulse setting so that the ice is crushed but not turned into water. Smoothie should be textured. Pour in cup and enjoy!
Makes 2 8-ounce servings.
