Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium egg
    2 tbsp water
    1 slice dry whole wheat bread, crumbed
    1/4 cup finely shredded carrots
    1/4 cup finely chopped onion
    1/4 cup finely chopped red pepper
    1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms
    1 tsp Tones Canadian Steak seasoning
    2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
    1.3 pounds extra lean ground beef

Directions

1. Combine egg, water, bread crumbs, vegetables and seasoning in a large bowl.
2. Add cheese and beef; mix. Shape into 10 patties
3. Grill for 7 minutes.
Serve with vegetables
