Introduction

This is great on salmon or chicken or mixed with some spaghetti and veggies like steamed broccoli and edamame. You can substitute apple cider vinegar for the rice vinegar. Ingredients

    PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, 4 tbsp
    Water, 2 tbsp
    Rice Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Orange Juice, .25 cup
    Soy sauce, low sodium, .25 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 tbsp packed
    Minced Ginger Root, .5 tsp
    Garlic, .5 tsp
    Thai Chili Sauce, .5 tbsp

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Lower the heat and continue to cook until thickened into a glaze.
