    18 Fit & Active pre cooked Turkey meat balls
    3/4 cup marinara sauce
    3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 egg white
    1/4 cup parmasan cheese
    6 oz fit & Active Whole Weat Rotini
    3/4 cup 50% less fat shredded cheddar cheese
    garlic powder, pepper, salt, onion powder, sweet basil, oregano, parsely


Cook Rotini according to package directions. in the mean time mix together cottage cheese, egg white, and parmasan cheese and add listed seasonings to taste. Set aside. In 3 Corning wear dishes (individuel serving size) place 1/4 cup of marinara sauce in each one then 6 meatballs on topin eache one. Spoon 1/3 of cottage cheese mixture on top in the center of the meat balls in each one. Top with 1/3 of the rotini and then 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on each one. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min until cheese is melted down and starting to brown. For easy handling of the three dishes the fit nicely on a cookie sheet. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 min. Makes 3 indivdual servings. YUMMY!
