    1 - 2 oz. piece of baguette
    1 ounce of goat cheese
    2 1/4" thick slices of tomato
    handful of basil
    1 tsp. Olive oil


Cut the baguette in half lengthwise. Toast lightly. Drizzle olive oil on both sides, smear goat cheese on one side, add tomato, a pinch of salt and pepper, and basil. Press the two pieces of bread together.
