    1 - 13 oz. Evaporated canned milk
    2/3 cup butter
    30 Oreo Cookies
    3 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
    1 cup granulated sugar


Crush Oreos and 1/3 cup butter (margarine) in food processor. Press into a 13x9 pan and freeze for an hour.

Thaw ice cream and spread evenly over Oreos.

Stir chocolate, sugar, 1/3 cup butter and canned milk in saucepan over medium/low heat until melted. Bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes more without stirring. Set pan off of the heat and cool. Sauce will thicken. Pour sauce over ice cream and freeze for another hour.
