    2 oz imitation crab flaked
    1/3 cup egg beaters liquid egg whites
    1 pat butter
    2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
    salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste


makes one serving

melt butter on omelet pan, saute flaked imitation crab. add basil and stir. Add eggbeaters in even layer in pan salt and pepper to taste add small amount water under edges of cooked eggs and cover tightly with lid to steam cook omelet
fold in half and serve
