    1 pint of strawberries
    1/2 pint of blueberries
    1 banana
    1 small carton of any flavor fat free yogurt (blueberries or strawberry something works best)
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/3 tray of ice cubes


wash all barries. Prepare the strawberries...slice off the green tops. Place berries in a blender or smoothie maker. Add banana, yogurt, milk and ice cubes and BLEND THAT BABY!!
Pour into 4 cups. Makes 4 servings
