    Spinach, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Onions, raw, .75 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
    *All White 100% liquid Egg Whites (1/4 cup), 3 serving (remove)
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup (remove)
    Veggie Shreds Cheddar & Pepper Jack flavor, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Market Day Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links- 2 links, 4 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)


1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Place the vegetables in the bottom. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over vegetables.
2. In small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over vegetables and cheese.
3. Bake uncovered 32 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
