    Instant Brown Rice, 1 cup
    Frozen mixed vegetables, 1 cup
    Chopped onions, 1/2 cup
    Minced Garlic, 2 tsp
    Ginger Powder, 1 tsp
    Soy Sauce 2 Tab
    Sesame Oil 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 Tab
    Whole egg, 1
    Shrimp, 3 oz
    Chicken Breast 3 ounces
    Canadian Bacon 4 slices


Cook Rice according to the package directions, set aside to cool, if its cold its better. Cut chicken, shrimp and bacon into bite size peices. Cook chicken and shrimp until done add bacon to heat through. Add mixed vegetables and onions until onions are done. Move contents to the side of pan cook egg, scrambling it . Add garlic and other spices. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix together and let heat throughly. Makes 2 large portions.
