    1 lbs extra lean ground beef (96% or less)
    1/2 Cup Progresso Italian Style Bread Crumbs
    1 egg
    1 TBS of Worcestershire Sauce
    3-4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp rosemary dried leaves
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1 tsp Louisiana Hot Sauce
    1/4 C tomato sauce diluted w/ 1/4 Cup Water


1) Preheat oven to 350*
2) Spray a 9" square baking pan with nonstick spray
3) In a large bowl combine beef, breadcrumbs, egg, worcestershire sauce, garlic, rosemary, thyme and hot sauce.
4) Shape into a loaf about 7x5x2" and place in the pan.
5) Bake, basting with tomatoe puress after 30 minutes until cooked through, about 1- 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 min before slicing
