Ingredients
-
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Brown Sugar(UNPACKED)
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tbsp I Can't Belive It's Not Butter Light(melted)
1 egg white(from a large egg)
1 tbsp Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions
Combine all of the dry ingredients, except for the chocolate, in a medium bowl. Make a well in the center of the bowl and pour the melted ICBINB and the egg white into the center of the bowl. Mix together as much as possible (Yes, I know it is thick.) Now add acouple tablespoons of water, maybe three or four, or until the mixture looks like normal cookie dough(Sorry I didn't measure this part, my bad). Now add the chocolate chips and stir them in well.
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray* and preheat your over to 350 degrees.
Use a teaspoon to scoop out 18 mounds** onto your cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 16 minutes.
You can allow them to cool, but I love having the chips melt when you bite into them!
*Try putting alluminum foil down onto the cookie sheet and then spraying the foil. Clean up is a breeze this way.
**These don't spread out much, so if you like your cookies to be more like the round devils that we all love so much, use the back of a spoon to squish them down into circles.
