Ingredients

    1 lb. 85% lean turkey
    1 can yellow corn, drained
    1 can black beans
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 jar taco sauce, mild or medium
    Instant Brown Rice, 2 cups

Directions

Brown turkey and onion in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and cook until everything is warmed through. Serve on top of rice. You can sprinkle it with cheese or top it with light sour cream if you'd like.
