    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 1 stick (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Banana, fresh, 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .0625 cup (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *imitation vanilla flavoring, 1 tsp (remove)


First off i use my x1000 to make these they come out like a pre cut slice of bread and when you put them together when they are done it looks like a sliced loaf. but if you use your oven you need to pre heat to 325 and cook for and hour or so. the x1000 only takes 8 minutes per load. mine is the four pan one so it makes 4 at a time. and i fill the holders with 1/4 cup to make 16 servings.

cream butter and sugar together. till light and fluffy
in a other bowl smash bananas then add milk vanilla and cinnamon. stir till nice and smooth with some lumps.
add flour about a half a cup at a time with salt powder and soda.

I like to toast mine in my toaster oven and add some fat free whipped cream cheese. it is soooo good. i even wrap each serving in plastic wrap when they are all cool and hand them out for lunches and snacks all ready to go. i love my x1000 it makes things so easy and dieting can be fun with portion control. and it makes it so moist.

you can use splenda and better butter subs it would knock out some cals, but i did the cals this way cuz its how i made it and i wanted to know how many cals per serving. but feel free to use what you like. my kid likes it when i add about a 1/2 a cup od chocolate chips. when i do make that one its for a dessert kind of thing with some whipped cram. this one you can have at anytime. makes a great breakfast.
