    1.5 lb beef roast
    1 small onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 cups mushrooms
    1 tbls blue bonnet light
    1 can cream of mushroom soup 98% fat free
    3 cups water
    1 package brown gravy mix
    1 package mushroom gravy mix
    8 oz fat free sour cream
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    10 oz smart taste angle hair pasta


1. Take a 1.5 lb roast and slice it into strips

2. slice onion, mushrooms and garlic

3. Put meat into a crock pot, top with onions, garlic, mushrooms, 1 tablespoon light margarine and fresh ground black pepper, about 2 teaspoons

4. cover with 3 cups water and add 2 beef cubes

allow to cook on low for 4 hours and then turn up on high for an additional 2 hours.

5. cube cream cheese

6. add both packets of gravy, sour cream, cream cheese, and cream of mushroom soup.

7. allow to cook for another hour

serve over prepared angle hair pasta
