This is easy to make and tastes far my guilty than it is! This is easy to make and tastes far my guilty than it is!
Number of Servings: 1


    1 Medium Potato (for each person)
    2 Tbsp Salsa (I like hot)
    1 Tbsp Sour Cream


Bake a potato in the microwave (about 4 minutes or until done...don't forget to poke holes)

Let cool so you can handle.
Slice potato in half and scoop out the insides.
Mash and combine with salsa.
Put back into the potato and cook at 400 for 15 min.
Add sour cream to the top and enjoy!
