Number of Servings: 6


    2 Blocks of extra firm tofu cut into cubes
    32 oz Green Giant Baby Carrots cut into sticks
    3 Bunches of Broccoli florets
    2 cups chopped onions
    6 cloves of garlic minced
    3 TBS extra virgin olive oil
    6 TBS tamari sauce
    2 TBS Ginger
    2 cups medium grain brown rice cooked according to directions (should make 6 cups cooked)
    1/4 cup water
    Tahini (2 TBS over each serving plated)


Saute tofu in pan with olive oil until light brown, add tamari over it, saute a little more, sprinkle ginger over it until coated. Remove tofu. In the same large pan using drippings from sauted tofu add onions until translucent, next add garlic cook a minute more, next add carrots, broccoli and quarter of a cup of water cover and steam until veggies are cooked. Add veggies, tofu and rice together. Serve with two tablespoons of tahini sauce. 8 servings.
