Ingredients

    1 6 oz can salmon, drained
    15 saltines crackers
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup onion (red or white), chopped finely
    1/4 cup green pepper, chopped finely
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp season all or mrs dash

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients
2. Form 6 patties
3. Spray skillet with pam and pan fry

Makes 3 servings, 2 patties per serving.
